Koscielny to ease Arsenal worries with Watford return

Arsenal centre-back Laurent Koscielny is said to be nearing a return to full fitness from his Achilles issue, with the Frenchman reportedly set to return to the team for the match against Watford on Saturday.

Arsenal could be boosted by the return of Laurent Koscielny against Watford.

Arsene Wenger has confirmed Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi could miss up to six weeks with a hamstring injury.

If both defenders are unavailable, Wenger will have to turn to back-up options Per Mertesacker and Rob Holding to fill the void, as Calum Chambers also remains sidelined with a hip injury.

The Cottagers, who are 10/11 (1.91) favourites to beat the Lilywhites, are unbeaten in five meetings with Preston and won back-to-back matches before the global break, so they go into the game in strong form and have a great chance of doing their bit for the treble.

"Kolasinac is a minor problem, a hip problem".

Violence erupts in Kenya over new election law
The country is East Africa's largest economy and the world's largest tea grower, as well as a major manufacturing hub. In Nairobi police briefly used tear gas to disperse protesters who threw stones at passing cars.

The Italian-owned side are seriously impressing this season, and will pose a tough task for our boys, despite our top form coming into the match.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger reveals that Skhodran Mustafi will be missing for up to six weeks with a thigh injury. I think about sorting out the problem, but overall I will decide completely tomorrow the line-up because Koscielny will have a test.

Wenger added: "The player I expected to lose the least during the break was Mustafi".

'I didn't expect him to play and Germany had already qualified. We will check him today.

Koscielny has to be nursed through the season due to the long-standing problem; meaning a reduced training load.

Alexis Sanchez will not report back from global duty with Chile until Friday, but Wenger has no concerns over the forward or Aaron Ramsey's mental state after their World Cup exits.
